The bass player (Murdoc) Crashed into a shop and almost killed stuart(2d) and rammed the bumber of the car in his eye, then, he took him in his car and drove to some random place where he was doing dohnuts, but he drove a little too fast and 2D went flying through the windscreen and his other eye came out. He got the name by Murdoc who calls him 2-Dents, because of the dents in his eyes. Then Russel was just found working at some shop somewhere, and Noodle was transported from Japan in a FedEx box after their previous guitarist, Paula, cheated on 2D with Murdoc and Russel broke Murdocs nose because of it :)
Noodle was 10 years old when she was taken from Japan to Kong Studios.
Kong Studios is a zombie infested peice of land where the Gorillaz live. Murdoc doesn't have a room, he has a winnebagoe that is parked in the car park. 2d's room is near the car park and Noodle's and Russel's is on the 3rd floor.
In the recording studio, there is a creepy Polar bear and a crocodile just sitting there talking. ?? =)
